Initial Research

The website development process begins with a detailed analysis of your business and the specific goals that you would like the project to achieve. Wireframing and Prototyping

A design prototype is created based on the requirements defined in the initial research. The purpose of constructing wireframes and prototypes is to provide you with an idea of the structure, page layout, content arrangement and overall look and feel of the finished article.

Production Plan

A production plan is then created from the findings of the initial research. The purpose of the document is to act as a framework for the project and to ensure quality and direction throughout the duration of the development process. The production plan also contains a detailed project timeline to enable you to actively monitor the progress of your project.

Development

When all modifications to the design prototype have been agreed, the project is then produced by our development team. During this process, we make use of industry standard project management tools to ensure your are kept well informed of progress.

Testing

Upon completion of development, each project is subject to rigorous testing. The testing schedule is as follows:

• Unit Testing - Developers test and debug their own code during development.
• Module Testing - Groups of code are tested by developers and individuals to ensure correct functionality.
• Integration Testing - The entire project is tested by developers, designers and other individuals to ensure any initial flaws are found and corrected.
• User Acceptance Testing - The website is tested by you to ensure that it functions in accordance with the project production plan.

Deployment

The tested project is then ready to be deployed and once online, undergoes a final stage of testing.
